Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing the digital systems that drive demand, engagement, and growth for Amazing Life.
This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys building and improving marketing systems. You will work across paid acquisition, email marketing, website optimization, and marketing automation to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences and convert effectively.
A central part of this role is the ability to use data to drive decisions — building segmented audiences, analyzing campaign performance, improving conversion flows, and continuously refining how prospects move through our digital ecosystem.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the broader marketing and product teams to translate strategy into high-performing campaigns and measurable growth outcomes.
Over time, this role has the potential to grow into broader marketing leadership responsibilities as the marketing function expands.
Core Responsibilities
Data-Driven Campaign Execution
- Build and manage targeted marketing campaigns using data segmentation and audience insights.
- Pull and manage segmented lists within HubSpot and CRM systems to ensure campaigns reach the correct audiences.
- Execute and manage weekly newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and targeted email distributions.
- Continuously analyze engagement, conversion, and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop structured testing processes to improve subject lines, messaging, segmentation, and campaign performance.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Build and deploy marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies that improve targeting and engagement.
- Create automated workflows, nurture sequences, and lifecycle campaigns that guide prospects through the customer journey.
- Manage ongoing communication programs such as newsletters, announcements, and product updates.
- Ensure campaigns are structured, trackable, and optimized for performance.
Website Optimization & Conversion Strategy
- Help manage the performance of the Amazing Life website as a key growth channel.
- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and conversion paths across the site.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to improve how website visitors move from discovery to engagement.
- Analyze website behavior and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously refine how traffic sources, landing pages, and calls-to-action contribute to pipeline growth.
CRM & Marketing Systems
- Maintain strong proficiency in HubSpot including lists, workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Work effectively within Salesforce to ensure marketing activity aligns with pipeline tracking.
- Ensure marketing attribution, segmentation, and reporting systems are accurate and reliable.
- Improve how marketing systems capture and use data to drive better campaigns.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance across paid media, email, and website channels.
- Develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to meaningful growth metrics.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using marketing data.
- Translate campaign performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute thoughtful ideas to marketing strategy and campaign planning.
- Bring a systems-oriented mindset to improving marketing execution.
- Take ownership of marketing performance outcomes, not just campaign activity.

- Email marketing programs demonstrate strong engagement and conversion.
- The Amazing Life website effectively converts visitors into leads and engaged users.
- Marketing systems and reporting provide clear visibility into performance and growth.
- Campaign execution is organized, disciplined, and consistently improving.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and campaign execution.
- Experience building segmented marketing audiences and managing lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance data and improving campaign outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar pipeline systems.
- Experience optimizing landing pages, conversion flows, or website performance.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with church or ministry environments.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing strategy and customer journey optimization.
- Working knowledge of tracking tools such as Pendo, and basic editing capabilities in WordPress and Figma Sites.
- Experience working in fast-growing organizations where systems and processes are evolving.
