Remote Account Executive
📍 Remote
Location: Remote, but requires US Residency in one of the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington
Time Commitment: 40 hours per week (M-F)
Compensation: $40k/yr base with an OTE of $64k.
Candidates are required to complete a background check and job-fit criteria tests, including a personality profile and cognitive assessment.

Description:
FundEasy is seeking an Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive at FundEasy, you will play a pivotal role in driving new revenue by managing the full sales cycle; from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing and expanding customer relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to nonprofit organizations evaluating and adopting our solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage prospects from initial outreach through closed-won, including qualification, demo, proposal, and contract execution.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations: Deliver 1:1 demos that clearly communicate FundEasy’s value, features, and ROI to decision-makers.
- Qualify and Advance Opportunities: Identify fit, need, authority, timing, and budget to ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting.
- Close New Business and Expansions: Present pricing, negotiate terms, and secure new subscriptions, upgrades, and add-ons.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Log all activities, notes, stages, and next steps in HubSpot to support reporting and revenue predictability.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.
Top Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value and build trust with decision-makers.
- Proven ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, uncover pain points, and present solutions tied to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to run effective product demonstrations and handle pricing, objections, and negotiation.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and working toward quarterly quota in a CRM-driven environment.
Core Competencies:
- Strong self-management with excellent time management and workload prioritization in a quota-driven role.
- Resourceful, independent, and capable of troubleshooting in a remote sales environment while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Disciplined in follow-up, pipeline hygiene, and deal progression.
- Honest, communicative, coachable, and eager to continuously learn, improve, and grow as a sales professional.
Requirements:
- Quiet home office with High Speed Internet. A computer will be provided.
- Willingness to travel a few times per year and represent FundEasy.
- Adhere to a set schedule (can be somewhat flexible) while exhibiting a high level of focus and concentration, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and with precision.
Preferred, But Not Required:
- B2B SaaS sales, nonprofit technology sales, or a related consultative sales role is preferred.
- Experience with softwares: HubSpot (CRM), Zoom or similar video conferencing tools, Slack, Google Workspace, and sales enablement or demo tools.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly revenue quota.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records with 100% of sales activity logged.
- Meet defined conversion and close-rate benchmarks.
